Bailey Charles is dedicated to supporting the growth and prosperity of businesses in Niagara. In her professional capacity as a Senior Account Manager with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Niagara Industrial Association, she provides local businesses with strategic guidance, facilitates access to financial resources, and offers insightful perspectives to help entrepreneurs navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from Brock University, and carries the CPA, CMA designation.
