A strong believer in lifelong learning and community service, Becky's journey through Niagara College's financial landscape is marked by thoughtful innovation and steadfast compliance.  A rule follower by nature, Becky has taken a lighthearted approach to finance and compliance where her dedication to process efficiencies and innovative solutions has led to significant advancements in student and operational finance systems. Becky’s leadership implemented landmark initiatives like the CIBC International Student Pay system, Salesforce, Niagara College - Toronto, and the Essential Services Audit Framework. Becky's passion extends beyond her role, notably as Co-Chair for the United Way Niagara workplace campaign, where she drove unprecedented fundraising and engagement.
